A hearty meal to boost your spleen and stomach qi.
💡In TCM, yellow soybeans are known for their ability to nourish the spleen, benefit the large intestines, and eliminate toxins from the body. Yellow soybeans are also known for being a great source of protein and calcium, have lower saturated fat, and are a great substitute for lactose-intolerant individuals. This recipe also takes into account Chinese yam and glutinous rice, which are also great ingredients to nourish your stomach and spleen!
So here's a super easy-to-make first spleen/stomach nourishing recipe, which we promise is both delicious and easy to prepare 😉
