2. 1400g Soybean milk (reduced sugar) *
3. Sliced Chinese yam 160g to 180gā£
4. White rice 70gā£
5. Glutinous rice 30gā£
6. Oats 25g ā£
7. Goji Berries 10g

*Tip: If you are using unsweetened soybean milk, add raw sugar according to your own personal preference.
