Cooling herbal tea: Is it for everyone?

Did you know that cooling herbal tea is not for everyone even though we are all living in the same hot and humid environment? 🥵⁣

When drank appropriately, cooling herbal tea consisting of cooling herbs can help to expel heat, detoxify, retrench thirst, and clear water retention. ⁣

However, due to the differences in body constitution, some people might experience discomfort after drinking herbal tea as some herbs might be too “cold” 🥶 for their body.⁣
